Took Rebel in on a Sunday for an urgent hot spot treatment. Rebel is a large black sable German shepherd...terrifying to most people even past vets. Everyone here was so nice and sweet to him. Even in his state he took right to the vet and tech. Everyone was equally nice to me, and the service for the price was off the chart. This vet was personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly good to my buddy. We have found our vet. Thank you!
Everyone there is really nice and they have taken care of our fur babies. Unfortunately they are very expensive.
They understand this pet could be the only thing in my life thats keeping me together. They have done everything they can do to help my pet when I leave those doors. I have gone through veterinarians like cigarettes. These people don't mess around. Yes, what I am saying doesn't guaranteed a flawless visit. There will be times where misdiagnoses will occur and wrong choices will be made. In those times I feel the frustrations of owners as well as the veterinarians that go in and out of those doors. It's humanity's curse that we fail that is to blame, not the heroes. With my history from veterinarians and places to take my pet to, Trickum Ridgr Animal Hospital provides heart and soul that's coated in experince and wisdom. You will find me here whenever there's complications with my pet during open hours. Only wish it was open 24/7. Regardless, it's no excuse to not give this place the out most respect. My heart goes out to all the ones who are heading there. You are in my prayers and in my heart. This may well be your best bet. Never give up in the end, matter how things unfold. Remember the ultimate trade you made when you got your pet. We will almost always out live our pets, but they trust you to be strong. Your pet would do the same for you. You have to.
Really wonderful people here. The only thing that stops me from giving 5 stars is the pricing has raised in the past two years. As long as it's an exam and fairly simple, it's reasonable. But additional blood work or a biopsy is really expensive! I do love the staff here though, they are so kind and understanding and I appreciate how quickly you can get in. Won't take my dogs anywhere else because staff here is so caring.
