I have been bringing my pets here for many years. Dr.Evans was kind & compassionate when I had to put two of my kitties down due to cancer.
Worst experience. Some little girl who calls herself a nurse ha ha had not clue what she was talking about then the bald head man I guess he's a Dr well he had the nerve to speak nasty about my cat and didn't think I heard him . While examine my cat the little girl who says she's a nurse had a nasty nasty smell to her hair like . Be care ful here . I got a 2nd opinion and my cat almost died because they missed so much
Crossroads has always been amazing with my pets, and with me. My precious furbaby got really sick and we had to put him down. Dr. Paul and his techs were so patient and compassionate with me as I was emotionally distraught over losing my furbaby.
The staff is patient & informative!
Went here for the first time today and The lady at the front desk was very nice. Watch out for the lady with missing teeth though, she is very rude. I will not be back.
I have been bringing my dogs and cats to crossroads for years. The staff are wonderfully sweet and helpful, and the vets are caring and compassionate! They always make time to see my pets, even if they are busy. I had to put down two of my dogs whom had cancer, Dr Evans and Dr Clark both came in to see us afterwards to provide support. They are both very patient with answering any questions I might have, and always strive to provide the best care they can.They saved two of my dogs lives, both had pancreatitis, if it wasn't for them my babies could have died so I will be forever grateful, I'll never bring my pets anywhere else!
