Always have loved shopping at Pets Mart. Experience has always been excellent. Went to the one in Woodstock GA and the one in Canton GA yesterday. It was like two different universes. The girl behind the Banfield counter was indifferent when ask to check a prescription in the computer. She acted like she had rather be someplace else. She checked for the phone # and walked off. "Miss could you look under this number?" she walked back reluctantly and checked. I Never will go back to this location. I left and went to the Canton store, it was like I had walked into another universe. Everyone went overboard to help and made up for the Woodstock employees rudeness. The Woostock employee could learn a lot from the Canton employee.
We have tried several times but the bath and brush are a waste of time and money here. 3 tries later after our dog not smelling any fresher..gunk still in eyes the only thing the management says is well bring him back. Our dog is not a great fan of grooming so spend your $30. for a bath somewhere else
On Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017 I taveled one hour to this Petsmart as it was the closest location to me. Went to get specific prescription dog food and unfortunately was unable to find prescription card. We had prescription filled at this location and thought the Banfield vet could help, as did the Petsmart cashier.

Online order system didn't work. Some Items not in stock. A challenge for staff to figure out how to accommodate.
The person at Banfield was Rude, Unprofessional. As a result, we left and have no intentions of returning. If you are seeking polite, courtesy and professionals you will NOT FIND THEM AT BANFIELD Petsmart, Woodstock.
