Great office. Helpful front end staff, friendly vet techs, and Dr. Bustelo and Dr. Salazar are so caring and compassionate. I never feel like they are trying to rush us out or sell us things we don't need. Even though we moved to the other side of town and this office is a bit of a drive for us, it is worth the extra time it takes to get there. I highly recommend!
Boarded my dogs over the weekend and had their rabies shots taken care of. Went in Monday morning as they opened only to find out that they hadn't completed all of the shots. As frustrating as that was, they took care of an additional day of boarding, groomed my dogs, and were as pleasant as could be to my wife when she picked them up.
They're great with our two Bostons. Eager to help and help me understand what is going on if there is an issue. Our oldest one had an ear issue and the Dr actually pulled out his book to show me the correct way that he would do the surgery needed and walked me through the entire recovery process as well.
Dr. B. is very patient and kind. He takes time to explain things to you so you can understand what is going on with your pet. I trust him with the care of my dog. She even enjoys going there and visiting his staff.
