Having driven cars for 50 years and owned fleets of heavies ... these people are the BEST for my money ! Will not go into details here, but they totally out-performed anyone I have ever known, and THEY SMILE !!!
My husband and I have been taking our cars here since we moved to GA 6 years ago and this group of guys have been amazing each and every time. We both have old cars and they do everything they can to ensure that they keep on running. Recently my car has been in there a lot more than I could afford and they were honest and straight forward about what had to be fixed now and what could wait a bit longer. I sometimes consider shopping around for prices, but when I think about how they treat their customers and their ethics, I always come right back to them.
These guys are honest. They will tell you what you need and what you can live without. Would highly recomend if your looking for a new "go to" mechanic!
Horrible Customer Service, we have used Christian Bros. a few times in the past and thought the service and repair work was very good. My vehicle had to be towed to Christian Bros as it died in the road. Christian Bros. reviewed my car and quoted the repair work. After calling around i found that they were about $200 over others in the area so I had the vehicle moved to another repair shop. Christian Bros. would not release my car until I paid a charge for reviewing my car, which was $58. After never being told they were going to charge me for reviewing my car and to hold my car hostage was a very UN- christian thing to do. The guy on the phone never tried to communicate with me and explain any process as this was the first time I have ever had to have a car towed for repair. I will never use them again and I will tell anyone who ask me that they are crooked in how they handle their business.
Had some electrical work done on my 1990 Bronco. Poncho was great to work with, and the entire team at CBA Towne Lake are always professional. I have used them on a few occasions and always find them to be excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody for automotive repair needs!
