Great customer service experience!!
Dont ever order anything from this store. They will muck it all up. Cant find your orders, dont know when it will be delivered. Spend hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix thier mistakes.
We came to the store to purchase decking. The associate who helped us, Tyler, made the process so much easier. He stayed with us thru out the process. Really helpful and thoughtful young man. Thanks Tyler, we will be back!

I ordered a lawn mower that was scheduled to be delivered through your service from the Woodstock, GA store. I got the call the night before and it gave me a 10-12pm. Time came and went and I called them 3 times before they told me Lowes cancelled it and would be delivered themselves. I called the store and they told me it would be around 7. Thats 7 hours after the time I was told. The Store Manager apologized and said he would look into the problem so it doesn't happen again. The lawnmower was delivered and guess what, it doesn't work. I called for pick up to return it once again got my phone call saying it was going to be picked up between 1030-1230. They told me the extended warranty I purchased couldn't be returned in full because I ordered back in June and that it would be pro-rated. Mind you they didn't deliver it for two weeks after I ordered it and it is DEFECTIVE. I said whatever, and the day of pickup guess what happens. The time comes and goes again. I call the service after being on hold for 30 minutes they tell me Johnny from Woodstock cancelled it at 1113am. I called the store and they are picking it up instead. I asked why I wasn't contacted because it was already outside the window. He has no answer. I asked when and he said before 6pm. So basically, the window was 1030am-6pm. Horrible experience time after time with this store and company.
Waited in line forever. They called for other people to come to registers and no one showed up. Ever. Ended up and going to Garden area where no one was waiting.
