Went to buy a saw blade. Gave them coupon in flyer, which they rejected, ecause I am not an ACE customer!
Showed up at 8 Am, when they open. Owner sat in back and didn't open doors, while customers came and waited. Asked for help getting paint on a flyer special. Worker had no idea and seemed puzzled when I showed him what I wanted.
Don't bother shopping here. They don't care about customers and prices are high. Keep on driving to Home Depot down the street.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I rented a carpet cleaning machine for a 24 hour period, Due to construction on my road water main was hit and busted. I called explained the situation and said I needed it for 24 hours longer. I thought they would let me have it for the difference of the 24 hour rental which would have been 10.00 more... Its 29.95 for 24 hrs and 39.95 for 48 hrs. They charged me for another 24 hrs. I will return to shopping at big box store instead of Ace. So much for trying to support a local business. I will be returning the 250.00 worth of things I needed for my home.
Friendly & helpful staff. I've had positive interactions with 3 or 4 workers and the owner. The owner really cut me a break when he didn't have to. I hadn't told him that I was at a low-point, but he helped me and I won't forget it.
I come to this ACE Hardware if I just need something quick or if I need a tool because I live just a few minutes from here. Every time I come though, I receive good service. They will try their best help me out with whatever I need. I don’t spend too much time here, but it’s clean and organized well. Some of the things are dated, but work just fine. My father brings his propane tank here to get filled all the time and he says he gets help every time.
