From the gathering of detailed documentation regarding the damage to our roof, to consulting with our insurance adjuster, Jameson earned our trust and guided us well throughout the entire process. During the removal of the old roof and installation of the new one, attention to detail was provided by the manner in which our shrubs were covered and respected throughout the entire roof replacement process. It's really amazing how much quieter the new roof has made our house during times of heavy rainfall. In summation, this company seems to be very well organized with excellent customer service being a top priority.

I highly recommend having Complete Roofing inspect your roof to see if it needs repair or replacement. When Kevin came to our house, he immediately said he didn't believe we would need a new roof; however, he would inspect it anyway. Not only was I told we didn't need a new roof, but we were given a complete portfolio with pictures, Kevin cleaned off part of the roof that was "growing trees" and we received a $50 gift card. I'd say that was a WIN WIN for my wife and me!
