Chance after chance. Just got home with hot fries I had to wait on btw and fridge held tacos. They were never cooked. It’s obvious by the fact that the cheese isn’t melted. So tired of the bad experiences. On more than one occasion I’ve dined in and been forgotten about. Sat two hours waiting for food and then only offered a free dessert as compensation. You must be kidding yourselves Chili’s. You have an issue at this location and it’s been long term. I expect to be refunded for poor service and uncooked food not glad handed with a free dessert. Complete and utter BS.
No meat, no beans, just a paste that had a chili flavor. The salad was a little tired. My wife ordered the Southwestern egg rolls. She used to love them. They were so salty she could not eat them. This is a sad thing to happen to what used to be a good restaurant. We’ll never go back!
Food was good. Out server Austin was excellent. Much better experience than our last visit to this location approx one month ago when food was cold and service poor. Glad we gave it another try.
Food is excellent. Service is famtastic. Your emailed discounts are amazing and helpul. If you would get rid of the machines for paying, etc., Chili's could rate
5 stars. Have had an issue that required an employee's help every visit..ruins the dining experience. At least give an option....to use or not to use if you refuse to make them go away.
We ate at Chili’s on Roswell Rd. For years and always enjoyed it. We moved to Woodstock and assumed the food would be the same quality. Boy were we wrong! I ordered the endless chips and salsa, bowl of chili and a house salad. The chips were wet with oil and the salsa was loaded with salt!! The chili was a mystery goo.

We had a great experience!! They may know about all the bad reviews on here, so maybe they are trying a little harder, by doing the survey at the end of the order on a Kiosk.
We’ve been to this location several times and could say we’ve had mixed experiences. The food for us is always good and there is a good variety on the menu. We will definitely be returning!!
