If was possible I will give them non stars.. the worst place ever.. first they give me a non smoke room that smells smoke.. so somebody was smoking there before and they don't care... I have a baby or 1 year and the they give me another room that was literally next to the exit door.. all night that door was making a lot of noise and the baby was waking up and crying
So worst place ever.. DONT GO THERE
Rooms like jail cells. Lobby was cozy and home like until you get to the room. Horrible rooms with stucco walls. Terrible lighting in rooms worst place I've ever stayed. Front desk staff very unaccommodating.
I tried several times to exchange my room and I offer them more money but they didn't care... the answer was am sorry it's nothing that we could do
Small but clean room. Nice staff. Hotel is off the road making it hard to find. If using Google maps or another navigational aid, You will pass it. The navigational aid takes you past the hotel.
We chose this hotel because there was very few in the area and we were in town for a conference. We made reservations and paid in advance but when we checked in there were no rooms available and the front desk person had to go clean the room for us - so we had to wait. We reserved a non-smoking room with two double beds and we got a smoking room (gross) with one bed. With all the problems, I can say that the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and went out of his way to accommodate us - He went and cleaned the room himself.
Rooms are small. Even though there is no smoking and signs saying such the 3rd floor reeked of it. Found out that floor used to be smoking. The covers were stained as if they had not been laundered. Hotel was sold out, but the desk clerk was kind enough to switch rooms for us. He was really kind helpful. So 2 stars for hotel, gave it a 3 because of the nice gentleman who helped us find an acceptable room. One other thing, the outside of the building looks great. The inside is not quite as nice, but ok.
