Cons: Hotel room was extremely humid and sticky, carpet needs replaced. There were ants all in the room from the moment we walked in. Upon arrival front desk clerk, Ingrid charged my card 3Xs the amount due. Not to mention the reservation team at the 800 number didn't apply my points to my stay and it was a mess! Very stressful transaction.

This Hotel is under renovation, but don't be surprised if you are placed in a room still being renovated. The bathroom was full of mold on the walls and ceiling of the shower and urine around the toilet. We also had a very dangerous microwave with one of the feet missing and propped up with a paper cup. When used the glass try started to come out. Unfortunately I've had the same situation with a microwave in the past and suffered 2 & # degree burns on my hand and foot. Reported this to two employees that seemed unconcerned. I was very dissatisfied.

Location is prime for Woodstock.

I called tonight to be connected to a room at the Woodstock Comfort Inn and Suites. I was not 100% sure on the room number, I had asked can I be connected to room number ### and if that is not the correct room number then so and so. (I am not going to put my family's information on the web because they are still currently staying at the hotel). I was very rudely told that they are not allowed to give out any personal information. I said I understand that I would just like to be connected. She said repeated what she had previously told me. Every time I tried to explain that I didn't want any information that I just wanted to be connected to the room where so and so was staying she interrupted me and repeated the same thing. Not once was I allowed to speak and had to speak over her to tell her that the employees yesterday connected me. She then hung up on me and when I tried to call back sent me to voice mail.

I have never been treated the way that I was in all the years that my family has been staying with hotel or the chain. I will be informing my family about this when I can actually get ahold of them and I am sure they will take this into consideration when they book their next visit.

The employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming but the facility is not great. I feel like I paid WAY to much. I booked online which I guess was a mistake because I paid about 50.00 more than a friend who called to book. Just didn't feel clean and there was an unpleasant odor both in the lobby and in our room. Disappointing for sure.
