A year later, a very active woman, my friend finds out she has terminal cancer and asks me to be her representative. Everyone at Poole Funeral home is extremely kind, caring and compassionate. I am new to the area and had no idea where to turn. Brian listened to what we wanted to do to honor my mom and made it happen. She looked beautiful and they paid attention to every detail. There were only 9 people at our service, we are from out of state and we're going to have another service where our family is from. They did not treat us any differently then if we were a group of 100 people. The funeral home is very impressive looking, very comfortable and beautiful. I also felt that their pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in their time of need.
A neighbor of mine had a husband with dementia. She met with Brian Poole right after he opened. She was impressed with his beautiful facility, his service to the community, being an independent funeral home, and the ability in taking his body over 700 miles away to rest. But with my friend's health failing, we then had an immediate need for her funeral. She asked for Brian to visit her to make all the arrangements from her hospice bed, which he did immediately. I analyzed every line item and Brian made adjustments accordingly, making sure that I understood every cost involved. Brian responded instantly to texts on questions, requests, etc. When my friend went to her Heavenly home, I texted Brian and they were there within an hour. They even allowed me to stay with her until they loaded her up. Even the hospice nurse was very impressed with how Pete conducted himself.
Top Notch Facility. Great friendly and compassionate folks here. Would highly recommend. They serve Veterans, Hospices and Assisted Living Facilities in the area as well as individuals throughout Northwest Atlanta area and North.
