F****** horrible place. My insurance is covered here and this is the only reason why I have been going and I never will go to this location ever again. I was using this as a primarary and its been a joke!!! If someone has an HRA you are not allowed to ask for money. You send a bill after the visit if 60 bucks is owed. And yes ive mad a report to my insurance company because when you have an HRA you are briefed on this issue. Completely unprofessional! And when I just simply would like to call my docotor or staff for a question that may or may not need to be seen for how dare you say im not an active patient or client when I have been going for years now! And then you guys lost my patient info and say ive never been there when I bet the title to my car that if I walk in my docotor and staff will know me. Will any staff be willing to have this all on video saying ive never been a patient to my face and will also bet a car title? We can record it all for youtube if you want and ill even bet 2 grand cash! I would enjoy walking out with another car and 2 grand. Since you guys are so professional im sure this place would have no issue in being confident. You guys are complete clowns. What a joke!
The nurses here are awesome. The pre-cert department is rude. They do not do their jobs. This is the second time I have had to go there for an MRI and both times they "forgot" to send things off to get it certified. I will never go back here.
