great location - good service. Cheaper than airport as you have some fewer fee

They did a great job. I have rented many times from them. I forgot and important item in the car from my previous experience for 2 weeks and they keep it and returned. Thank you Tim and the crew for all your help.i defenetly will give it a 5 great experience and defenetly will recommend renting from this location and Hertz

I have rented from this location about 3 - 4 times this year. It seems to always be an issue with something, either the car type I reserved or billing me for an extra day. Well this time was particularly disappointing because when I showed up the car was getting an oil change and there were no other cars available, but somehow there were people picking up cars the entire time I was waiting. After waiting an hour for the vehicle it returns and then they say that it has yet to be released (from where I have no idea), so I wait an additional 20 minutes. Then they have to vacuum the car, which could have been done while waiting to be released. Finally they give me the keys and the car looks like it had been driven in the jungle and someone with involuntary shakes was drinking coffee in the front seat. I am a gold member with Hertz and have been for some time and this type of service, or lack there of, is truly unsatisfactory. I hope I am never forced to rent from the local dealerships again because I generally use the airport locations. Unfortunately this one is the closest to my house and more convenient (so I thought).
I rent with this location a couple times a month seeing that my company prefers I rent cars vs reimburse me for mileage. Tim (manager) and his staff are always nice and accommodating. Because I live so close to their facility they regularly pick me up and drop me off as well. This branch is great to work with.
