Have rented from the Enterprise in Woodstock and never had a problem. Tried this location since it was closer to the house and I will NEVER use that location again. They called the day before to confirm my pick up of my car for 12pm but when I got there at 12:05pm the doors were locked. I have no problem with that but, when they called to confirm my pick up they should have said "We close at 12 so you need to come in earlier" They must not care about their business or service since they lost a $450 + rental. All in all I would highly suggest going to the Enterprise on HWY 92 near The Sunshine House.

I always rent from these guys at the Towne Lake location. They have always been friendly and easy to deal with. They really understand the importance of customer service and go out of their way to make me feel important every time. The vehicles are always clean and problem free and occasionally when the vehicle I reserved is not available they upgrade me with no additional expense. I highly recommend these guys!! Plus they always have a sense of humor and make me laugh.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Had 3 vans to chose from. 4 stars due to the dirty interior. Manager did offer to clean it again.
Wonderful people. Good, solid company. I can't imagine them not bending over backwards to make a customer happy if asked to!
