We're new to the area, so this was my first visit to Krause Ford, and based on this excellent experience, it won't be my last. I dropped off my 2015 Explorer for one of its scheduled maintenance periods. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional. The post-maintenance write up was informative and thorough, and unlike many dealerships I've been to in the past, the vehicle was returned with a perfectly clean interior. I'll be happy to do business with Krause in the future.
Just dropped in the other day to have my oil changed on my Expedition.. They told me it would be about and hour and a half. I decided to just sit it out and wait.. 45 minutes later, I was in my car heading home.. I always buy my Ford's here and will continue to do so.. What a great quick service department..Plus I never have to keep up when my car is due for service, they always send me a reminder..
