I was looking for an Infiniti so I could park my old school all the major dealerships were not even trying to take my money because of medical bills.. Wtf??? They didn't care about my income or no repo's or no bankruptcy we talking bout medical bills man
I went there to buy a mustang a few weeks ago. When I test drove it I loved it, so I made plans to come back after work the next day to start signing the paperwork because it was getting late (I took the test drive at around 8pm, plus I still had to get insurance, etc.). I asked them to have the mechanic top off the oil as it looked to be a qt low. Well, the next day they said they were going to take the car to auction instead because the oil was bad. They could have just as easily handed me the keys and sold me a lemon. I really appreciate the honosty.

Run! Run! Run Away!!!! These people will rip you off. Two days after I bought my car the service air bag light came on, Brandon said he would check it out when I brought my car in for them to replace the catalytic converter and do the brakes (still waiting for that). Lucky for them it hadn't rained recently when I bought the car because the first time it rained after I bought it, I literally had a puddle of water in the front passenger floorboard (yea, still waiting on that too). Point is every time I called to speak to Brandon or Jamie, or even Shannon, I was left on eternal hold and never received a call back to this day. I guess I'll see these guys in court about the brakes, but the point is: Don't waste your time with these unprofessional folks who are morally bankrupt and only care about getting your money - not quality (this is the downfall of our society) period. There are other dealerships out there that won't rip you off. There is more that I could add, like how they had me write my 1st review before I left the lot after I bought the car (brilliant, by the way), but I don't have all day. Hindsight, is 20/20 though, and that is the purpose of this 2nd more accurate review. Yea, it's a used car / lot, but they could have done better, and they know it - and now everyone who reads this will know too. I hope this review helps someone. God Bless!
