This is the worst schlotzsky's place We have ever been to and will never eat there again! This place was old, not taken care of at all..bathroom was disgusting, no tables were clean, all chairs had cracks in them, floor of Reasturant missing pieces and sticky dirty ALL over with a coating that makes it look like it hadn't been mopped in years, the ceilings had rusted fans/vents,. Their cooler in the front for drinks was not stocked and messy, the service was slow and it was definitely not a busy time. When our order came out , my soup cup was only 2/3 full and the ingredients on the sandwiches were SO little it was ridiculous! We normally Love this chain but if I had only this experience for them I would never eat at another. This is a very poor representation of this chain!!! And we usually try to be very understanding but this just seems like someone doesn't care about keeping up their store & the franchise name, it's too bad.
If I could give this location a negative rating I would! Ordered online to bypass the line. It was to be ready in 7 min. I got there in about 10 or 15 minutes and told the pizza would take another 5 min. Waited 20 more min and then started to complain when I saw people ordering and leaving with their orders. All the girl could say is its not my fault. I left and realized my order was not complete. So I went back and asked for my money back. Food is cold and I have now wasted almost an hour with not even an apology. Worst experience ever! Don't order online, they are too immature to handle it and there is no manager there to take care of it.
Had a lettuce sandwich I think they forgot the meat 2nd time used to be pretty good.never coming back Thankyou very much any place but that one!!
Best Sandwiches ever! I am a creature of habit so other than the Smoked Turkey I cannot give an opinion. Well priced; great food!
Great food, good selection. It may be crowded, but they move folks through really well. Fresh food is worth a little wait.
