Frozen department has looked better in the past couple of years. I am not sold on this new guy. Dairy clerk is amazingly fast and accurate with orders.
Customer service was good. They were lacking in deli items of the precooked meals @ the deli. Not consistent with the other publix supermarkets. I expexted higher end products in the towne lake area.
I like this store because it is open, airy, and de cluttered. I hate not being able to move through the aisles due to floor displays, and this store has fewer than most. Everything is neat and tidy, clean, and the employees are the friendliest, nicest people. I love being able to pre order from the deli, walk in, and pick up my order with no hassle, as it is near the front of the store. No flies in the deli! Yes, flies in the deli are GROSS, and I see this all the time in other local stores. I gave it a 4 star mainly because they never have enough sourdough on the bakery shelf( it's popular I guess), and it is more expensive than other stores. But, the shopping experience is superb.
Clean, nice store. It's the speed the employees move at the registers that's the biggest nuisance. I almost think I could drive 2mi. up the road to Kroger and speed through self-checkout and drive the 2mi. back in the time it takes the register line to move at Publix. Too bad the Kroger up the road doesn't carry all of the products we purchase otherwise we'd solely shop there.
This is our favorite publix for shopping. It's in a nice location, has what we usually want and nice people that work there.
