This is the best storage facility I have ever come across! It almost feels like you are at a Starbucks when you walk in! The staff is so helpful and always in a great mood! The price and the atmosphere are unmatched! The space is beautiful and clean and just when you get hot from all the work you look up to see John, the store manager, there bringing you a bottle of water. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else! This is the place to be!
One heads up: don't panic when I they email you a bill bit early (about a week and a half before my due date ) He warned me they send a little early, but you know how we get when it comes to money...yikes! So just keep that in mind, take a deep breathe & call office to put mind at ease. Or maybe you're not a panicker like me. LoL
I highly recommend Space Shop Storage. John, the manager, answered all of our questions and made our move from Asheville a little easier. The facility was nice and clean and very accessible.
I was very impressed with the safety of the facility, which is very important when you were a single gal :)) Also, cleanliness, and all the refreshments offered complementary. I had zero problems while working with them and would definitely recommend to all ! They were even more economical than every other place I compared in the area for a small unit.
Customer service was top notch and the facility is awesome. Hot cookies and just about anything you would like to drink was a PLUS. This has to be the BEST security I've seen anywhere. Better than most apartment complexes WITH security. Never have I been into a storage facility office and walked out feeling like I was at home. John went above and behind and exceeded every last one of my expectations. EVERYONE EVERYONE EVERYONE USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY.
I would definitely recommend this storage facility for anyone looking to hold personal items. This location is new, climate controlled and very secure. The staff is very friendly and helpful... And they even have cookies (Yes!).
