They excavated our backyard on March 2nd, and since then (we are now in August, we are entering the 6th month of this project that was supposed to be completed by the end of May) all we have is a concrete filled hole in the backyard.
When one complains, he always has an excuse; his best one is "it was raining". However on dry and sunny days, no one shows up to do the work. This goes on until it rains again. Now he has another excuse.
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT HIRE THIS GUYS!!!
PS: Do not believe any of this company's Home Advisor reviews. Home advisor is paid by this guys and they don't make negative reviews public. What a shame!
In his contract, he tries as much as possible to get paid up front. In our case he took 2/3 of the money; this was in March of 2017.
My kids went on summer break expecting a pool. They are now back in school. They waited for a pool all summer break. This guys doesn't care about you or your family. He wants your money and moves to the next victim. Please be aware, don't let this guy ruin your peace.
Earlier this year and after many months of saving and sacrifices, we promised our kids a swimming pool for the summer. We started looking for a contractor. We found this guy on HomeAdvisor (They should be ashamed to have this kind of people out there...he tarnish their reputation). He is a great talker though and a good salesman, but don't be fooled. He has no business building or as he says designing pools.
