Cole Haan's outlet shoes are extremely low quality. After only 15 minutes or so of wearing the Lenox Hill Cap Toe Oxfords from this outlet store, the leather had cracked and creased horribly. But unfortunately their return policy doesn't allow you to return shoes once they've been worn.
Oh, and don't bother relying on the reviews on Cole Haan's website. As I found out the hard way, they delete even the most politely-worded reviews from their website to keep up the facade that everyone has glowing things to say about their shoes. Happy shopping.
Just about every shoe in our closet is Cole Haan. We buy most pair from the retail store in Phipps but occasionally we'll pick up some from the outlet if the sale is too good to pass up. We haven't been at this location because of the the abhorrent service received here on multiple occasions. We happen to be out shopping and I asked my wife "do you think we should give Cole another try"? She took a deep breath and said I guess so! We walked in and were pleasantly surprised. They have a new management team and staff and the service has improved exponetially! We will definitely shop here again and it's great to see the service match the quality of the brand!!!
Updates: After weeks of trying to speak to someone in customer service and just being directed to leave a message I received a call from the same manager we had the dispute with in the first place. No oversight or option to speak with anyone above or different from this person. Never again.

These shoes burn my skin off
Based on recommendations from friends, I visited this store for the first time today. The gentlemen working there were cordial and helpful. I was impressed with the prices, which I’d compared with Cole Haan’s current online sale and with Amazon.
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. My husband and I have been buying Cole Haan shoes for years. However, we will no longer purchase anymore Cole Haan shoes after our experience in this store. We tried to return a pair of dress shoes we bought for him with in the 30 day return period and the store manager (who basically called us liars) would not return the shoes. He wore them for a day around the house and our drive. They cut his feet open. Cole Haan should stand behind their product. Do not buy shoes from here. The manager should be ashamed for the way she treated us. I even called ahead of time to make sure I could return them and they said yes. She denied that would ever happen. I assure you it did or I wouldn't have made the trip. Do yourself a favor and buy from a company with the integrity to stand behind their product.
I bought three pairs of shoes in this store, two of which were considerably less expensive than priced on Cole Haan’s site (50-60% off rather than the site’s current 30%) and one from the clearance section. I did not purchase the booties I’d been looking at, as they were least expensive on Amazon.
