As a previous worker at Pet Paradise, I wouldn't even bring my own dog here. If the location were somewhere else where the dogs could run around, it would be a great place. But it's far too small for how many dogs check in. The only thing that kept me going to work there was the love of the dogs and seeing their sweet faces.

Pet Paradise is an excellent place to bring your dog! I like to consider it a 'hotel' for my dogs, because it's so much more than just a kennel. My dogs get to play around with all of their dog friends while they're there, as well as loads of attention from all of the staff! They have doggy day camps, just for people to drop their dogs off during the day, as well as long term boarding that I use, for when we travel and I have to leave my two Siberian Huskies there for a few days at a time. They offer boarding, grooming services, and other small details like doggy ice cream. Overall, this is a fantastic place, and I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!
Pet Paradise is terrific. They're very professional, reasonably priced, and take great care of our dogs. We wouldn't bring our four-legged babies to anyone else!
everything seemed to be fine from that point on until we got our dog home... he is now completely infested with fleas. we did not have a flea problem at all until he got home. i am extremely disappointed, pissed off (because now not only do we have to treat our dog, but also our 4 cats) and will not be using them ever again.
i assumed after all the raving reviews that my dog would be in good hands here while my husband and i got married and went on our honeymoon but i was severely disappointed. first of all, when i scheduled our dog to stay there (for 11 days), i sent them all the requested documents proving that he was up to date on his shots. i even called back to verify that they had received them. then, the day of my wedding, which was also the day my husband would be dropping him off, i received an email (not even a phone call) instructing me to send over documentation because they never received it and if they didn't, my dog would not be able to stay there. so not only was i rushing around because it was my wedding day, i had to contact our vet, ask them if they could send over the documents to Pet Paradise for me (which they normally don't do but obliged since i had no way of doing it myself) and then had to call them back to make sure they actually received it this time.
