Customer service was excellent. The owner cares about his customers and it shows.

Extremely professional as well as knowledgeable! I've shopped here twice now and both times the own helped me personally! Great establishment please keep doing what you guys do! Thank you!

Life didn't feel worth living when I was suffering every day. Now I am not just alive, but am truly able to be present in every moment. My family and I will be forever grateful for Julius's knowledge and care in crafting my own miracle in a bottle. It is not an exaggeration to state that he has saved my life.

Long version-I have advanced endometriosis as well as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)

Flash forward to year 2 with endometriosis and I have tried every nerve pain medicine, every muscle relaxer, every anti inflammatory med, cbd oil, and every supplement you can think of. I even lost 30 lbs and tried exercising.

Even with the injections, non-narcotic pain meds, and opiate treatment, I could not work, let alone move much for the first 2 days of my cycle. My life revolved around my cycle. Holiday plans, planned trips, my wedding, concerts, etc. I was 25 at the time.

After the 2nd surgery, I never recovered and suffered every second of every day for 6 months. At this point, I've gained 40lbs (i'm 4'11), my entire body is bloated up like a balloon, and the opiates aren't even helping enough and I am facing the possibility of having to go on disability. I could not sit straight down, and had to commute 2 hours total a day sitting on the side of my hip.

The owner personally called me to address my satisfaction with the pharmacy.... You just don't ever find that any where else!

As a last resort, I was referred to Julius. After having spent probably around 20 thousand dollars out of pocket on eastern, western, and all around wacky alternative treatments, I was extremely pessimistic. I honestly thought I would never feel like myself again. I thought the person that I was..was gone. I honestly thought chronic pain had ruined me. I thought that I had finally been broken and that I would never be unbroken..that I was a hopeless cause. I really did. In the weeks before receiving a casual referral to this pharmacy, I didn't want to get out of bed in the morning. After years of working with my angel doctors trying methods that worked for everyone else I know and failing miserably every time, I finally landed on my solution. Dr. Newton, Dr. Bobby Tackitt, and mostly Julius at Towne Lake Family Pharmacy have saved my life. On day one of my new medicine, I went from a daily 4 of 5 on the pain scale to a ZERO for the first time in almost TWO YEARS. I'm on day 6 now and I honestly cannot believe what's happened. What's even more astounding is that Julius put medications that i've taken orally before that did not affect my pain level (amitriptyline& gabapentin) into the medicine that he made for me. Julius explained to me that sometimes it's the way we take the medicine that makes it work. After years of trying every suggestion from every website, from every endometriosis sufferer, and from every healthcare practitioner...I am COMPLETELY pain free 99% of the time thanks to Julius carefully consulting and creating a custom blend for me. Not only am I pain free, but the anti depressants are working, my appetite has been cut in half, I have more energy, I am sleeping without tossing or turning or waking up even once, and I can partake in physical activities with my family again. I feel like myself again for the first time in 3 years. I feel so empowered and quite literally like shouting from the roof tops so that women like me can find a real, non-addictive, and truly effective treatment for pelvic pain.

Big surprise-I never quite healed but was finally able to function a bit again.

The service here is off the charts. Dr. Julius really cares for the people who come through the doors of his compound pharmacy. He spent time to make sure I was thoroughly informed on my prescriptions both there and when I called. I need not go anywhere else if I need a compound pharmacist. Great service!

My surgeon and pain mgmt doctor decided on a full hysterectomy with a partial oophorectomy (remove one ovary)

Year 3 started to take a toll on my mental health. At this point I have stopped bothering with non-narcotic medications even as a supplement to opiod treatment (they were hurting my stomach, were expensive, and did not affect my pain relief). I have even tried pelvic floor physical therapy and have tried numerous anti-depressants due to the stress of chronic pain.

Julius and his staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to save money at the pharmacy. CVS was charging me an extra 60 dollars to get small tube of cream filled. Towne Lake Family Pharmacy compound the cream and gave me a cool dispensing device that made the application of the cream much easier and efficient. The best part of the doing business at Towne Lake family Pharmacy was my prescription card paid 100% of the cost. As compared to CVS where the prescription cost me an extra 60.00 dollars. More importantly I talked with a pharmacist.

I had a second excision surgery in year 3.
