The worse experience with customer service ever from Uhaul. Vicki will forget what she told you 2 minutes ago and does not write down what she tells her customers. Dealt with three different ppl including the manager and have gotten three different excuses and answers. I will never use this place again. Free months rent with truck return? Have yet to see "free". Don't believe what they tell you at this location.
This Uhaul location was great. I've used several and this place was a breeze to work with. The ladies that helped me get my last minute truck were helpful, efficient, and friendly. Believe me, that is not always the case with Uhaul. As long as you do what they say, fill the tank and know you will get charged for extra miles, you will have no issues. =)
