Good cleaning and fast work.
I was just in the location at the Wal-Mart shopping plaza. The clerk represented the company terribly I have had issues with her being friendly and professional before but thought she was just having a bad day. She never smiles, it's as if she hates her job and people. I brought in 28 items today March 30, 2015 I counted them in front of her and went to my vehicle. I thought about the many items I had and decided it would be prudent to count the item together so everyone is on the same page. I mentioned to her it would be a good idea to count the items together, she gets up out of her chair (she was on her cell phone) and stands at the counter as I counted out loud when finished I asked her, how many did she count? She says 'I will count them later' I reminded her that the reason I came back was for us to count the items together she says once again 'I will count them later' with much attitude. I then began to tell her how terrible her attitude is and how she has been a terrible employee and that no one should have her representing their company. I subsequently leave and called back and asked to speak to the owner she says 'I can't give you that information tell her and she will let them know' I said that wont happen because I'm complaining about you. I then asked her to call the owners and put them on the phone and she refused. SHE HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT HER JOB OR THE PEOPLE DOING BUSINESS WITH SUNSHINE DRY CLEANERS. The owners need to know what is happening within their business and how it's being represented. I will never do business there again! Perhaps many others have had similar experiences but decided not to provide a review. It's a travesty because the prices are great and it's at a good location. I spoke to one of the owners before her hire and he was very conversational and professional. It's simply a travesty! They have lost a good and once loyal customer.
