I easily found the few items I needed, but was offered assistance by 2 different employees without even asking. When I got in line to check out, a lady whole works in the bakery was behind me & was very friendly. She told me about an incredible deal on cantaloupes for $0.50 & she told me she'd hold my place in line while I got one! (they are up front by the bread) The clerk, Valencia, was also very nice & was happy to wait while I got that cantaloupe. It seemed like everyone went out of their way to make my short time there today Awesome.

This store offers great products at reasonable prices, but the staff is what makes it a favorite. Thank you all, Kroger employees at Towne Lake!

One of my top 3 favorite grocery stores. Very good competitive pricing with fresh quality products. The only reason I have them a 4-star instead of a 5-star is because they discontinued their meager little senior discount but I did not see price reductions in products I purchase. Among the many, one example is cut pineapple cubes went from $2.99 to $3.49 with no discount. Kroger claimed their pricing would be more competitive with no senior 5% discount program. This one item alone costs $3.49 yet *even with* a senior discount, which is no longer available, would be $3.32. Not great pricing when they claimed pricing would be better without senior discount. I have noticed my grocery bill runs atbleadt $20-25 higher per month. On limited fixed income, that hurts the old pocketbook.

We use the Pharmacy for our drugs. They will use manufacturer discounts and rebates, match other drug prices, and have a great staff of associates.

Went to Kroger today knowing that it would be busy with Thanksgiving tomorrow. What I didn't expect is that while there were tons of people there, there were tons of employees too, making everything run flawlessly. I had almost no wait in line to check out but even more than that, everywhere I turned a customer was asking where something was and there was no shortage of employees helping. Everyone knew the answer and offered to take them there. Just wanted to share what a pleasant experience I had today and every time I'm in there.

Not only could I not find the beer section in the store since it's not located next to the drinks like every other Kroger and grocery store does... but Meagan at register could have chose not to be a brat... my fiance and myself left our wallet in the truck on accident

I use the Kroger app to track coupons, fuel points as well as prescription drugs.

This Kroger along Towne Lake Pkwy by Eagle Drive in Woodstock, GA is usually a good shopping experience. However, my stop in today was Exceptional!

Our go-to place for groceries. Consistently good produce and the meat cutters are very accommodating with special orders.

.. she took that as us trying to get beer underage... my fiance said to her "I apologize but she might be just a second because we parked kind of far away" and instead of responding nicely she said "I'm sorry but you guys just don't look old enough" and she pushed her little button for a manager to come over... the manager didn't say anything and just stood around close to us, but when I came back in with the wallet she didn't say another word to us BC WE ARE OLD ENOUGH we weren't trying to break the law (shocking!) She did not tell us our total or say thank you. She didn't say a word.. she didn't even hand us our receipt, she sat it on the counter and looked away as if she was annoyed with us... we have tattoos all over our body and we are 28 and 30 years old... I understand she was doing her job but she didn't have to be a smart ass until she had a reason to be... we left our wallet in the truck, which we would have had to get for our money to pay as well, so there's no way it seemed like we were trying to get away with buying beer underage... teach your employees better in rough situations kroger... don't put up with smart mouthed children running your registers because that's where the heart of your customer service comes from... she could have been nice or at least cordial about it all instead of popping off at the mouth while she waited for us to get our wallet.
