I moved away for a couple of years came back and they have shut down hot dog cart and they have no jewelry counter anymore. Spice selection cut to bare bones. Cheese selection nothing. What happened to that once great place???? I will not be opening a membership. Really no hot dog cart I'm on shock!!! This place sucks !
My husband and I decided to open our free trial for three months. First I will say the “sales” that they have are no deals at all. Secondly our experience was made uncomfortable and we will not be coming back due to a woman that kept rushing us out of the store. I understand it was FOUR minutes after closing but you do not treat willing paying customers that way. She kept coming on the intercom saying the store was closed. I have worked at Publix before and that there is not good customer service.
Be careful. Already second time in about 2-3 months, i bought bad meat. First time around May i bought some stake meat of i think 3 slices in a pack. 2 slices good 1 bad. I had 3 packs all 3 were the same. Today i bought some organic chicken tights. I think 3-4 packs in one. Came home, i never knew meat can stink that bad. So please be careful when buying meat at BJ.
Buyers beware been a member here a long time. Bought a TV here a couple of months ago. It is now dead and will do nothing. Well guess what BJ's will take it back within 90 days, but only if you have the box. Guess they would be more helpful if you purchased extended warranty. What a crock, I have purchased from Best Buy and they will send out to work on at your home, then give you a new if it can't be fixed. May need to rethink my membership there.
Awful! Total waste of time. Customer service is non-existent. Don't even THINK about using the tire center! Every time you cycle back around their voicemail menus for 10-15 minutes, then get dumped into hold without hearing a human voice or message of any kind. I've always given up after either being hung up on, or waiting beyond 40 minutes. Maybe I just wasn't persistent or patient enough...Sad to actually have to pay for membership for such poor service!
