these folks are a complete ripoff, idk what kinda financial institution this is.. but please don't get yourself involved. Everything that shine isn't always diamonds, there's many places you can choose from as far as financing.. YOU WILL REGRET GOING HERE
Furthermore if you are in dieing need of financing you will be screwed like I was. However I went to trade in my car that I financed with them, come to find out the mileage has been rolled back and it's had multiple owners, plus the car fax that was provided was a false edit as I just received the real car fax as my car has way more miles then what I signed the agreement for... Everything is a lie with these folk.. They played with my credit and took my money.. Mark all I got to say is You got me...ARC will hear from me again as I'm well ensure they will have to pay me back for previous months of payments my lawyer is the best in the nation...see my later post

I must say that I am not sure where all the negative reveiws for ARC have came from Mark and his staff have been more than kind to work with me during times of trouble and with sickness . I would highly recommend anyone to ARC for financing .

Nicole Finney i just so happen to read your response. First sorry that happened. I cant say that i have a bad experience with arc. I must admit that due to my car needing major repairs they did work with me, i called they called and i believe that this was miscommunication some where. I don't normally look at reviews , but i will tell anyone if you communicate and let any creditor know what is going they will work with you. I cant say anything bad about this company actually, i appreciate them.

ARC Financial is by far the worst finance company to ever deal with. I paid them on time in full every month until I was in a car accident that literally broke my back and my neck while also giving me whiplash with post concussion syndrome. Needless to say I was missing days at work because of this situation which means not getting my full pay. This info was relayed to ARC (Mark) and after speaking with him letting him know that my payment wouldn't be on time like always he seemed to have an understanding and even said that we might be able to just skip a month payment to get things together. Well that was short lived and next thing I know they're calling me harassing me for a payment, even though I had tried several times to call them and make sure everything was still kosher but all I got was that Mark will call you back when he comes back for lunch which of course never happened until he wanted my money. At this time Mark says "oh we don't do that" meaning give people a skipped month to help them out in emergency situations. Now I'm like wow you calling me after around two weeks from the times I was trying to contact you with this and its due now! Then Mark says he can make it just be a partial payment but first I got to jump through some hoops, fax them some receipts and make the payment immediately with no time really to spare. So I run his gauntlet and make the payment informing them that this is taking away from the full payment that I was saving up for to pay you cause until now I was under the understanding that I would be getting a 1 month off to get things right. ARC in turn replied that the next payment date would be in reflection of the time I just paid the partial payment in which I'm like OK fine. Once again a lie because two days before Christmas and 1 day before I could make the next payment they come to my job and tow my car with my kids Christmas gifts in the trunk. No warning and no remorse at all. When I called ARC I was told Mark had it done and he was gone and I'm not able to even talk to him until Monday. Then the lady proceeded to argue with me while lying about they called me and left messages, which never happened, and I told them I have phone records to prove that your lying so this is really not an argument your business just has dirty shifty ways that you wouldn't want practiced on you. Then I asked so you don't want my money if I just pay it right now and I was told flat out no!! So if you ever hear that ARC Financial is involved with anything as far as you and your business is concerned please just say no. Don't do business with them in any shape or form cause I know I'm not the only one they have done something like this to and I know I won't be the last so protect you and everyone you know from this so-called business Arc Financial......Zero Stars
