They are late bringing your stuff then it doesn't work so they bring another one an I don't work just bad service a then they tell you they just tested it before bringing it to your hose
Today the gentlemen inside this store demonstrated the meaning of being proffesional. After producing a few pieces of verification information I was able to pick a livingroom suit and two bedroom suites, and an entertainment stand with a television. The manger was doing his job cross checking his information and something came up that didn't go along with what I said. But instead of coming at me wrong he allowed me to prove myself right along with fixing and old problem I wasen't aware of. In the end he observed everything I did in order to make a judgement on me as a customer. After wards he explained it was his job to protect his store. We went through with the deal both feeling good about it and what he will come to see is because of his calm and observant attitude he inherited a customer that will not only not be late and pay the furniture off he will have a customer that will repeat for life. Thats how you get good testimonials and i got to say, for rental furniture this place is the place to beat.
BE CAREFUL! They run an illegal credit card theft business. If you pay once for your furniture by phone with a credit/debit card, they will, without authorization bill your card as they please. I have had this happen several times. I call and complain and they will refund it and apologize saying it's a "computer error" I will be filing criminal and civil charges against this store. They change management and staff like most people change their underwear so when you call and complain it's always "the last managers fault".
