They keep me informed of the condition of my teeth and gums, and the give me instructions of any appropriate actions I need to take for maintenance and prevention. Also, they are up to date on the latest technology. My dental hygienist is a pro and Dr. Lee is focused on friendly customer service while maintaining a environment of high standards. I haven't had any cavities, gum disease, or any sensitivities due to your efforts and instruction. Also, I really like the new GUM toothbrushes you started issuing after each cleaning. They're much easier to use, especially when reaching back behind all 4 of my wisdom teeth, which keeps me more motivated to brush often. You guys are the best!
I always have a good experience at Simple Smiles. The office is light, comfortable, and inviting. The front staff is friendly and warm, always ready with a smile. The dental hygienists are thorough and provide good education without being overwhelming, and Dr. Lee is amiable and to the point. I'm so glad we found this office.
Love the office staff, Dr. Lee has never over anesthetized me like most dentist have done. Never felt pain during her procedures. Very professional and great at what she does. I highly recommend this place. Only been going there last 3 months.
